Connection is a human need. Whilst our relationships can be a source of stability and emotional nourishment, they can also be a stage for significant challenge. We believe in preventing personal mental health crises through providing casual, ongoing support to address relationship dynamics.
Developing healthy resilience and open communication can only be achieved through practice and reflection. Regardless of your education level or relationship dynamic, our team led by youth worker Poppy Sloan and sexologist Paige Leacey, is equipped to give you real-world support.
Self-Service is not an alternative to regular therapy, nor does it replace a 24/7 crisis line. This casual advice space is designed to accompany you in your day-to-day life to offer an additional layer of support. Responses may take up to 24 hours. This space is also queer friendly.

This help guide contains a list of hotlines and instant responders region by region. If you are having suicidal ideations or feel as if you or someone else is in danger, please contact your local emergency services. You matter.
DOES IT COST MONEY TO TALK TO VOID?
The service is free, however your standard internet charges for WhatsApp usage and any associated internet fees may apply.
WILL MY TEXT BE CONFIDENTIAL?
Your texts are confidential to you and the professional support team unless your life or someone else’s life is in danger. Or you give express permission otherwise. All marketing material used on VOID is generated by the marketing team and any likeness to submissions is purely coincidental.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO THE SUPPORT TEAM HOLD?
All of our support team additions have qualifications in minimum of youth support work with specialised degrees and certifications in Sexology, body work and somatic healing.
